Airline Support

Within the Return Material operations that include overhaul and maintenance, there is dedicated support for products used on scheduled airline aircraft. Our dedicated Product Support Administrator (PSA) sees that contractual obligations for stocking of spares and meeting turn around times, as low as 14 days, are maintained. The PSA is also responsible for coordinating availability of emergency contacts for non-office hours support.
